Apartment with stunning sea views. Located in privileged surroundings just 200 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from the airport. Shared pool and private terrace. Ideal for peaceful and relaxing holiday. Feel like home with the added bonus of plenty of hot sunshine. On a private, quiet and peaceful residencial area, the apartment is perfectly suitable for a maximum of 3 persons. Our lovely self catering apartment has been re-furbished 2010 and it is centrally located, ideal for exploring the whole island, with it's unspoiled beaches with huge stretches of white sand, and clear turquoise sea. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. 1 good size bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobe, 1 bathroom, fully fitted kitchen-lounge with panoramic sea views, one sofa bed as well as a wooden dining table and four wooden chairs. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD. Enjoy with CD's of music, board games, reading books and DVD movies available. There are breathtaking sunsets in the evenings giving a perfect spot to sit and enjoy an evening drink. Come to visit us!

Payment Policy
After confirmation by us of availability for the dates you requested, will confirm your reservation by email transmitting details of bank account on which to make the payment corresponding to 30% of the total. We will answer confirming your reservation (on the calendar dates appear in red). The balance has to be paid at least four weeks prior to arrive.
Our apartment is available throughout the year.
Rates are quoted for occupancy of 3 person. For any other special wishes, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss your particular requirements.
Discounts may be available for periods longer than 2 weeks.
Rates include: use of the house, electricity, water, bed linen, towels and a lot of sunshine!
Rules
The entrance and exit to the apartment is made to coincide with the arrival and departure times of flights expected.
