There are parking places just outside, which is very complicated and expensive in downtown Malaga. 3.5 km from the city historic center. Only 300 m. away there is an area with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and shops. 900 m. away is the beach, Los Baños del Carmen, and 1,300 m. away is the seafront at PEDREGALEJO, area of restaurants and bars where you can sit down on a terrace to enjoy the famous Malaga fried fish and other Mediterranean dishes such as paella, with great views to the bay of Malaga city. Rental rates above are based on occupancy by 1-2 persons. For each additional person over 2, up to the maximum of 4 please add 20% per additional person to the nightly or weekly rate as applicable. Payment will be required in cash upon arrival, for the whole amount agreed.
