Sunny and cosy apartment in a residential complex with two pools; really well kept context, also with children pools and gorgeous park, near the sea. Two minute walking from the Avenida de las Playas and the Lanzarote Casino. Very central position, with all you can need only steps away: English and Irish pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops and rent-a-car or bike. Only few kilometres from the airport.

Recently refurbished, the apartment contains a kitchen-breakfast area completely equipped, with fridge/freezer, double hob, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, moka, electric orange squeezer and plenty of pans and dishes. The bathroom has been newly tiled and has a small window and bath tub. Hair dryer, iron and iron board also included. WiFi access is also available with a pay-as-you-go formula. Spacious living room with flat TV, DVD player USB and MP3 slot and a sofa, leading to the terrace facing one the swimming pools. This easily pulls out to make two comfortable beds for two extra guests.
