Set in peaceful surroundings this apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is fully equipped including 26 English and 4 Spanish Digital Satellite Television Channels, hairdryer, sun loungers and patio furniture.

During the day it is the perfect suntrap with ample space for sunbathing and at night one can see the town lights of Torrevieja and all the firework displays.The communal pool is huge and has an on-site life-guard during the high season. The tropical gardens are well-maintained and include several fountains and there is a tennis court for those feeliing energetic enough to play. This can be booked at the poolside bar.There is a bar/restaurant beside the pool with Menu del Dia offering a three course meal including bread and wine for around 10 euros. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of other dishes and there is free entertainment every evening in summer beside the pool (karaoke, guitar/ keyboard a singers,etc).In short, the pool is 2 minutes walk away, the apartment is 10 minutes drive from the beach and along the local bus route. There is a wonderful supermarket, bank and a parade of restaurants catering for all tastes within easy walking distance (just 5 minutes drive away).

N.B. A BRAND NEW HOSPITAL HAS NOW BEEN BUILT JUST 5 MINS AWAY ON THE LOCAL BUS ROUTE! - THIS IS 'TORREVIEJA HOSPITAL'. ALSO A BRAND NEW HOTEL OPPOSITE THE URBANISATION.Please pay the cleaner 45€ on arrival, for the cleaning and laundry fee, (55€ for 4 people) and she will hand you the keys and show you how everything works.
