The lower floor consists of two apartments of 50 sqm with a small kitchen and can either be rented as a whole or individually. The two apartments are separated by a connecting door. Thus, they are also well suited for two couples with children or for parents with teenagers. The house is built on a hill and is thus also well protected from wind. In the surroundings there are only houses of two storey and has a good view of the mountains and the sea. Between the sea and the house is their highway exit Altea - Calpe about five minutes away from the house.
To the apartment belongs a salt water pool without chlorine, from where you can see the mountains and the sea. They also have WiFi in the apartment and an air conditioner and towels, crockery, cutlery and glasses.
Poolside barbecue facilities, tables chairs and sun loungers is subject to conditions. The swimming pool has to be light in the night.
A stroll through the old town of Altea is always fun. From the church square has a wonderful view over Altea and surrounding areas. Through the streets of the town you come to church here and everywhere to seeing blue domes.
In the mountains, man can walk and climb well. In the mountains is a barbecue, you can rest there and eat and make drink, seeing wonderful views. The emblem of the Penon de Calpe I fold. Also a beautiful destination for climbers. At the port of Calpe you will find many restaurants with fresh fish and previously available everywhere for free (vitamins) sangria.
