The apartment is excellently located in Playa del Ingles resort, 5 min walk from the sea-side promenade, 8 min walk from the wonderful, golden sand, 7 km (5 miles) Playa del Ingles / Maspalomas beach. The apartments is in the 4th floor of the Jardin del Atlantico apartment building, quiet, yet nightlife and discos are within very easy walking distance.

The building has 4 outdoor pools plus a children's area, all surrounded by a well-kept garden. A restaurant, a pool-bar, 5 swimming pools (one heated), a small supermarket, tennis courts and mini-golf are within the building complex. The apartment has 1 bedroom; a large balcony (w/ table and 4 chairs) with view over the garden & pool area (and the see at the distance). Also a lounge with US kitchen, and bathroom. Gran Canaria is a very interesting island to visit.

The climate is one of the best anywhere in the world, with pleasant warmth (nights at ~ 20°C/ , days at ~ 25-30 °C/ ) and sun year-round. Playa del Ingles/Maspalomas has an amazing golden sand beach stretching for more than 7 km (ca 5 miles) and the sunniest climate of Gran Canaria. The beach, the famous dunes and a nature reserve are at walking distance. Water sports, golf, parachute, and horse riding are near. Enjoy the food, with fish fresh from the sea and local tropical fruits. Las Palmas, capital of the Canaries, is an attractive small Spanish city. You do not need a car; the buses are good. However exploring Gran Canaria with a hired car is also rewarding. It is probably the most interesting of the Canary Islands. The scenery and coastline is varied and spectacular with mountains and lush forests, and picturesque old villages.

Las Palmas airport is at about 25 km (about 17 miles) from Playa del Ingles, about 30 minutes by car or bus. Taxis from the airport cost about 30 Euros. There are also frequent buses for about 4 Euros/person. The bus stop to and from the airport is at les

For the reservation to be considered firm , you should make a bank transfer of the 30% to one of my accounts, either in PayPal (internet banking), or in Barclays Bank Madrid.

The reservation deposit (30%) is not refundable. The rest is refundable in case of re-renting or under in case of mayor force preventing the rent (death, serious illness, etc) Proof will be demanded.
