Group of duplex apartments (maisonette) in Mojácar. Located on a hill about 400 m from El Cantal Beach, where its famous and historical “chiringuitos”, which become cool night clubs at night, make of this area one of the most lively on the coast of Mojácar. The roomy apartments are perfect for a family vacation in Mojácar. The urbanisation and the surroundings are very quiet.

But if what you want is to enjoy “Mojácar by night”, the location of the apartments allows you to do so with no need to drive. We accept pets prior notice at the moment of reservation. (Price: 20 Euros/week or stay when shorter than a week) All apartments have seaviews and views on Sierra Cabrera, and have acces to exterior swimming-pool and tennis court. Easy parking in the streets of the Urbanisation. It should be possible to park in front of the appartment most of the times. You can pick up the keys in the RECEPTION located opposite the communal swimming pool.

TIMETABLE: Picking up the keys from 14 to 18 hours (2-6 P.M.)( any other time, please consult with us. Leaving the apartment and giving back the keys : 10 hours ( any other time, please consult with us before). Layout of the apartments: FIRST FLOOR/ Ground floor: KITCHEN: fully equipped; microwave, washing-machine, kitchenware and electrical appliances.If you need any extra electrical appliances, you can ask us in the reception without any charges. TOILET: Washbasin and lavatory.

LIVING ROOM: Air-conditioned, TV, fireplace, sofa-bed. TERRACE: With sea views and on Sierra Cabrera. SECOND FLOOR/ First floor:
BEDROOM: 1 bedroom capacity 2 persons. Equipped with either a double bed or two single beds (depending on availability). Fan and heating. BATHROOM: bath and shower, toilet, washbasin and Bidet. TERRACE and BALCONY with beautiful views.
