I understand that according to the Catalan Law these are the cancellation policies to be applied:
- Any reservation canceled 30 days before the arrival will be subject to retention of 5% of the deposit paid in advance.
- Any reservation canceled between 30 and 7 days before arrival will be subject to a retention of 50% of the deposit paid in advance.
- Any reservation canceled 7 days before arrival will be subject to a retention of 100% of the deposit paid in advance.
However, I allow Finques Port Calella to try to book it again so that they partially refund the deposit paid in advance.
