On the sunny canarian island of Lanzarote, free from the stress of mass tourism, with a clear wind providing the island with the most healthy biosphere … Unesco declared Lanzarote a Biosphere Reserve in 1993.

The village of Los Cocoteros is located in the north of the island, close to the Jardin de Cactus in Guatiza and has preserved the authenticity of Lanzarote.

Quality, luxury, relaxing and breathtaking panoramic views are the key to an unforgettable holiday.

In the morning you can witness a beautiful sun-drenched sunset while enjoying breakfast on the spacious terrace with a wide view on the bright blue ocean, the ancient salt mines and the contours of the hundreds of palm trees surrounding the village..

Within walking distance of (the apartment) Casa Esquina del Mar there is a private hide out near the water where you can take a dive in the ocean and also very close is the private beach with a natural ocean pool.

You like fishing... no problem just in front of the house is a very nice place and only 10 min away (car).

There’s the marvellous Costa Teguise Golf. This unique and peaceful location of Casa Esquina del Mar provides the privacy for naked sunbathing.

A holiday, an island, a house you will never forget!! P.S. The owners are always present should you want to be picked up at the airport (free) & to give useful tips or organize an excursion.

If you sent us your flight number and our of arrival we come to welcome you at the airport and guide you to your little piece of paradise. This shuttle service is free for our guests.
Payment Policy
All rates are in Euros.

50% has to be paid within 8 day's after reservation and 50% one month before departure. We sent you a confirmation letter by e-mail with all necessary details and account numbers.

1. By entering the apartment you accept expressly this house regulation. 2. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. 3. We are not liable in case of accident. Make sure to what extent you are able to use the apartment (stairs, external, terrace, Jacuzzi). Parents will be held responsible for their children. 4. It is not permitted to accomodate more people in the apartment than announced at the reservation. 5. Admission will be refused in case of drunkenness, noise disturbance and nocturnal noise. 6. Children are allowed in the apartment and on the terrace only when accompanied by their parents. 7. All linnen and accessories are and remain our property. Each theft will be reported to the police and charged for completely. 8. For safety sake keep sufficient distance to the edge of the terrace and don't leave your children unattended on the terrace. 9. Please observe exactly the times of your reservation. Arrival and departure times are 2 pm and 9am. 10. In case of unexpected problems please call one of the following numbers : +34 689 088861 or +34 689 085443.
