Los Lagos The 1 bed/bathroom apartment on the first floor has a spacious and tastefully decorated living room, providing access to a large south facing and furnished terrace. From the terrace you have spectacular view on Gibraltar and the Mediterranean Sea. Cable/sat TV (English stations available), DVD player and radio/CD player. Wireless internet is optional (own laptop required).

There is a separate dining area. The spacious and warm decorated bedroom has 2 single beds. There is plenty of cupboard space and 1 of the cupboards has a built-in safe. The bedroom has a balcony with view over the development, pool and golf court. Bathroom with bath/glass screen, toilet, fitted washstand, bidet and hairdryer. (bath)towels are included.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you may expect in a luxury environment. (washing machine, dish washer, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker). The whole apartment has warm yellow marble floors. The design is warm and tasteful, harmonizing with the Terra cotta building. Air conditioning and heating all over.

In the underground garage, accessible through an elevator, we have a private parking place. Pets are not allowed. Los Naranjos The new ground floor apartment with south facing main terrace belongs to the most spacious 2 bedroom apartment in the development. It is tastefully furnished and decorated to the highest standards. Air conditioning/heating, fully fitted modern kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer, washing machine, toaster etc.).

We have established golf arrangement with Puerto Banus established golf service organization, offering discounts on green fees to our guests. There are numerous other sports facilities in area like tennis, windsurfing, diving, sailing, water ski, horse riding, paddle.
