1. By entering the apartment you accept expressly this house regulation. 2. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. 3. We are not liable in case of accident. Make sure to what extent you are able to use the apartment (stairs, external, terrace, Jacuzzi). Parents will be held responsible for their children. 4. It is not permitted to accomodate more people in the apartment than announced at the reservation. 5. Admission will be refused in case of drunkenness, noise disturbance and nocturnal noise. 6. Children are allowed in the apartment and on the terrace only when accompanied by their parents. 7. All linnen and accessories are and remain our property. Each theft will be reported to the police and charged for completely. 8. For safety sake keep sufficient distance to the edge of the terrace and don't leave your children unattended on the terrace. 9. Please observe exactly the times of your reservation.
