All the self catering apartments are superbly situated on two very popular complexes, Victoria Court One & Victoria Court Two. Our modern and fully equipped - one, two and three bedroom apartments are available for rent throughout the year.

There are two main airports on Tenerife:

Tenerife Norte (Los Rodeos) deals with just about all the inter-island flights and most of those to the Spanish mainland.

Tenerife Sur (Reina Sofia) takes the remainder of the scheduled flights and virtu

All Rates in Euros.

Rates are based on 7 nights and apply to bookings of 3 weeks or less in duration.

For less than 7 nights separate rates apply.

For 4 week or more longterm rates may apply.

One bedroom apartments sleep upto 4 people.

Two bedroom apartments sleep upto 6 people.

A deposit must be paid at time of booking.

A deposit is only taken if the start of your holiday is more than 14 weeks away from the time you make a booking.

Your deposit is due at the time of booking your accomodation.

You can pay either by: cash (in person), cheque or bank transfer.

If you are sending a cheque it is important that you use our full address and the correct postage

Failure to pay a deposit within 14 days of booking may mean that you loose your booking.

All deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.

Full payment is due if your holiday commences in less than 14 weeks from the time of booking.

All other full payments are due 12 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Unless your holiday, when you book, is less than 3 weeks away we will not accept 'cash on arrival'.

Should you make an alteration to your booking you may incur an additional administration fee.

As each property is privately owned we can not guarentee 100% that you will stay in the accomodation initially booked. This is very much the exception not the rule.

We recommend that you take out sufficient holiday insurance to cover any unforseen circumstances.

Televisions are provided in each property with English speaking channels. We can not guarentee which channels will be showing at any given time. Occasionally we may encouter problems with the reception signal.

Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

As with any well maintained complex works may be carried out at anytime in the year ~ both building and general maintenance. Any such works are normally carried out during normal working hours and when the complex is less busy.

We will do our best to inform all our customers of any pending disruptions to normal complex life.
