- To complete the reservation must enter 100 euros in the bank account indicated. 100 euros as deposit fall and will be returned to terminate the tenancy.

- The rent must be paid in cash upon delivery of the keys.

- In case of cancellation of reservations one month in advance will be refunded the entire deposit. In the remaining cases will lose the deposit paid.
