This modern and comfortable apartment is in a classic building in the Malasana district of central Madrid and is perfectly located within walking distance of the Gran Via and the Chueca neighborhood (5 minute walk) the Puerta del Sol (10 minute walk) and the Prado museum (15 minute walk).
It is also very close to 3 metro (underground) stops: Tribunal/ Bilbao /Noviciados.
Markets, shops, restaurants, theaters, sidewalk cafes and a children's playground are also all nearby.
The apartment is a second floor walk-up (no elevator/lift) and is a newly renovated, clean, bright, beautiful, and quiet space.
It has a main room of 20 square meters with high ceilings. In addition there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate bedroom/sleeping area.
