Room Maritornes: Maritornes, daughter of the innkeeper in Don Quixote, is sober and complements the suite next to it.

Apartments: The thoughts of our eternal knight Don Quixote give the apartments a noble character, even though they are not located in the main building.
Doña Molinera: Located on the first floor, looking over the river and patio and “…of her Don Quixote requested that she would adopt the ‘Don’ and call herself Doña Molinera, making offers to her of further services and favors.”

Doña Tolosa: Located on the second floor and majestic, just as when Doña Tolosa gave Don Quixote his sword during the ceremony in which he was dubbed a knight.
