El Cortijo Montepaloma is an ancient farmhouse of the late nineteenth century. It’s located among 650.000 sqm of hills with oak and olive trees. The views are awesome and the place is very quiet. It’s half an hour from Malaga and Granada airports, near the main Andalusian cities (Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Ronda, Antequera) and the beaches of the “Costa del Sol”. You can rent the whole house or each apartment separately. Gardens, paddle tennis court, organic swimming pool with sea salt. For winter, 4 fireplaces, hot water and central heating.

FULL HOUSE: Up to 22 people. The house includes 10 bedrooms with bathroom, 3 medium and one large rooms of 70m2. Is distributed in areas that can be isolated if desired.

APARTMENT 1: “The Tower”: (8 - 10 people) is the old name of that area of the house because it was used for storing grain. The apartment has separate entrance, living room with fireplace, full equipped kitchen and dining room, five bedrooms, three with private bathroom each, and two with shared bath. It has a large private terrace with nice views. The bedrooms are doubles, two of them have the possibility of an extra bed. The total capacity is 10 people without using extra beds.

APARTMENT 2: “The Haystack” (4 people) is so named because the space used to be for storing hay for animal feeding. The apartment has independent access. Living room with fireplace, full equipped kitchen and dining room, two double bedrooms with private bathroom each.

APARTMENT 3: “El Llano” (6 people) is the former home of the housekeepers. The apartment has separate entrance, living room with fireplace, fool equipped kitchen and dining room, three double bedrooms with private bathroom each.

The exterior has a 400 sqm concrete platform where a big tent can be installed for events and weddings. There are also outdoor baths in the service events. Swimming pool with beautiful garden, barbecue and pedal tennis court.
Have the equipment, appliances and utensils needed in the house, as well as heating, hot water and TV.

3 nights: 114 €, 4 Nights: 137 €, 5 NIGHTS: 157 €, 6 nights: 175 €, ADDITIONAL WEEK: 150 €

Payment: Sending data to property (name, address, passport). Reservation document be sent which states the current account for the transfer of 20% of the lease. The rest will be paid 1 week before entering the house.
