One side of the house consists of kitchen, dining rooms (indoor and out), a large living room, a smaller reading/TV room, and a small toilet off the living room. Each of these rooms has large doors which can be closed to give privacy. Beyond the reading room is a wide atrium with a handsome beamed roof, around which the bedrooms are articulated. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Going up the wide staircase, around the 1st floor stairway there are 6 bedrooms and 2 baths and upstairs on the 2d floor is a bedroom with three single beds and a low-window overlooking the pool. All rooms are exterior and have closet space, night tables and reading lights. The 10 rooms have air-conditioning and 6 rooms have washbasin and mirror. All single beds are 90x190cm, so if pushed together make a good-sized double.

But by far the most extraordinary aspect of this house is the garden, which measures 8,000 m2, and is tended by a gardener year-round. On one side of the house is the shallow kiddy pool, 10 meters round, and on the other side a large pool 12.5x7m (2.5m maximum depth). Near the poolside is an impressive covered barbecue area, with in and outdoor sitting for over 50 guests. Apart from the barbecue, there is also an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a double sink. Nearby is a little building with 2 showers and 2 WC so that you don't have to go indoors. Around the garden there are several places to sit and enjoy the peaceful and beautifully landscaped surroundings, and there are some games such as a badminton and a ping-pong table.
