In place of Souto de Sísamo, former site of a Celtic Castro, D. Manuel Posse Sotto, Inquisitor of Santiago de Compostela, expanded and modified an existing tower turning it into a magnificent Manor House from where he managed the taxes of the leased land adjacent to the "Irmandiños" 40 years later passed to the family of Marquis of Montenegro. The decline led feudal, and in the twentieth century, leaving only the building that was used in 50-70 years as the village school. The current owner, D. Taibo Jose Suarez spent his childhood and education linked to Pazo do Souto and, after 27 years of immigration in Switzerland, decided to return to his former Manor replendor making rural housing.

Currently has 11 magnificent rooms doubles, most notably 6 special. All rooms are equipped with bathroom, TV and telephone. The stages are distinguished by their scale and be equipped with Jacuzzi. There is the possibility of additional beds in several rooms.

The Pazo do Souto philosophy has always been to the satisfaction of our guests. For this reason we try to cover all the needs of our customers. We have pool, excellent restaurant service, the cafeteria becomes a place ideal for entertaining after-dinner talks and if you want guests are served with Queimada. In the lounge with a fireplace can relax and read or play with numerous games available. Horse riding, mountain biking or adventure sports are another attraction that can be organized from the Pazo do Souto.No doubt one of the most sought after attractions for our guests is the local cuisine. Seafood, meat and vegetables are produced in the traditional way and can be enjoyed in many restaurants in the area.
