It has been recently restored turning it into an extraordinary place for tourists company, meetings, family parties and for all people looking for a peaceful and silent place, enjoying at the same time, all of the comforts in a unique place. The property consists to two buildings. The main one, the preserved house is fronm the end of the XIXth centur and the begining of the XXth century.

The house stands out due to its facade in neoclassic style. the second building of new construction has been built on the remains of an old noble medieval Besalu in the heart of the town and jeweish area, on the small hills where Besalu old noble castle was and around which life resolved from Roman times. In their gardens there are samll remains of the Xth century medieval wall, the Romanesque Santa MAria's apse (XII th century) and the remains of the walls from the same period.

Casa Marcial has 12 rooms with a capacity for 26 people. Ideal space for small meetings, for reading and for individual work. WiFi, external light, way to the gallery and to the garden. Ideal place for meetings, to have a get to gather, Training classroom or place for catering. Dining room placed on the ground floor of building 1, close to the kitchen.

Its the right place for celebrations, meals and also for work meetings. Kitchen is spacious work place, the right to cook or as a work place for catering preparations. The house provides a complete dinner services for 40 people. The garden has an area of about 1.200 m2. With two levels, with room for a marquee for events (parties, weddings...). Situated at Baixa Garrotxa, near alt Emporda. Besalu is located in a very exceptional geographical situation. At 45 km from the Catalian Pirineus's ski slopes. At 25 km from the Olot's volcano area and at very few minutes from golf courses. At 25 km from Figures and the Dali Museum. At 12 km from Banyoles's lake, headquarters of world boat races and Olympic games.

Although it is uniquely placed in Iberic and Roman sites, Besalu is basically a medeival town. It was the capital of the county between the IX th and XIIth century. Due to the fact that many Jewish people went to live in Besalu, between the IXth and XVth century, it established an important Jewish community.

A collection of monuments situated in a small area shows its old splendour. The Romanesque bridge, Romanesque churches of Sant Pere Sant Vicens, Santa Maria, Sant Julia, Jewish baths the only one in Spain, Medieval wall remains.
