Sleeps 25 in 12 large bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms + 3 WCs. Excellent for big groups, this is a licensed 1100m2 baronial stone mansion consisting of 3 fully equipped and independent apartments. The main entrance to the house consists of a series of stone chambers leading to the different apartments, all quite atmospheric and the walls have ancient farm implements on display. One apartment has 5 en suite bedrooms, another flat has 3 en suite bedrooms, and the third flat has 4 bedrooms sharing a huge bathroom. Each apartment is very generously proportioned, with fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, large bedrooms, private terraces, each flat set well apart from one another. There is a new 100m2 playroom with billiard, ping pong, and babyfoot. There is also a washroom downstairs with two washing machines and a clothes drier and a sink for hand washing.

There are a couple of outdoor covered sitting/dining areas. The first is a sort-of gazebo with 4 tables and 24 wicker chairs perched above the pool area, which is set in an olive grove a terrace level below. The views from here are magnificent, 240º views north from the Pyrenees down east to the coast. The other outdoor sitting/dining area here is beside the built-in barbecue. The 12x5m swimming pool is set on a terrace just below the house next to a football pitch with goalposts and a fairly wide lawn and some shade trees, 16 deck chairs, a small WC and changing room and a small table for 4 under a porch beside the pool, as well as a poolside shower.

The views throughout are impressive! Great for larger groups but priced for smaller groups who might just want a little extra space! This is not a party house! Large groups of party animals please stay away!
