I will tell you the way we were and how we are now, in just a few words and concise imagery. I will show you my house looking through the window, with 10 double rooms, 1 single and 2 suite type rooms. They are all carefully decorated and each is dedicated to a relevant person from hereabouts. All rooms are fitted with modern elements to make your stay especially comfortable and pleasurable.

My dwelling is built with materials typical of Cantabria, such as timber and stone, as well as rustic brick. Indoors, the entire decoration recreates atmospheres of the past and present of Canabria so that our guests can take a trip in time, together with my people. I am set in a corner of the district of Trasmiera, on the Cantabrian coast, called Noja, close a golf course and just a stone's throw from the beach called Ris.

Privilegio de Vara is a splendid, new rural inn, located in a quiet are of Noja, just a stone's throw from Ris beach and next to the Golf Course. The surroundings include kilometres of beaches, a sports centre with a wide range of activities and places to enjoy the Isla cuisine.

Can you see those beaches, those fields and steep mountains? They are part of my homeland: Cantabria. What I set out to do with this tale is to invite you to get to know me better... come to my welcoming inn to visit our country and become acquainted with its nooks and crannies, its people, cuisine and customs, stopping to take a well earned rest in my rooms and spas.
