Final-cleaning-charge equal to the daily rent of the accommodation

Deposit of € 100,00 at arrival in cash.

High season surcharge - € 5,00 per person/per day in the period of December 20th until January 3rd , one week before and after Easter and the week before and after Carnival.

Discount --- If you book your apartment/house six months before arrival a discount of 5%, long terms rents on demand, group discount when you rent 3 or more accommodations at the same time.

Please ask for the special summer discount in the period May 1st til August 15th.

Breakfast buffet (if applicable) - € 13,00 per person/per day

Pets - € 6,00 per animal per day.

Airport transfer (TFS) -- Round trip 2 persons € 120,00. Every extra person € 30,00. These rates include a maximum waiting time of 1 hour, extra waiting time will be charges at € 6,00 per 30 minutes.

Airport transfer (TFN) --- Round trip 2 persons € 50,00. Every extra person € 15,00.

We are allowed to charge a fee to cover the arising preparation/expenses.

This is calculated by the following arrangement by percentages of the unit prices.

Cancellation fees:

- up to 2 months before arrival 20% of unit price

- up to 1 month before arrival 50 % of unit price

- up to 3 weeks before arrival 100% of unit price
