Modern fully equipped villa with private pool on quite residential urbanisation near to Moraira town. The villa benefits from Air-conditioning units and central heating via radiator. Air-con units in master suite and second bedrooms only. The villa is situated within beautiful, well maintained grounds and gardens. The villa has 2 bedrooms, Master suite with double bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite large, luxury bathroom, bedroom 2 with twin beds and built in wardrobes. There is a separate shower room with shower, toilet and sink unit. The open plan living / dining area has comfy leather sofa with TV, limited satellite tv (news channels, free to view film channels and some free view children channels but not bbc's, itv's or channel 4 / 5), DVD player and dining table with 4 chairs. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen, complete with all utensils, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine located in an outdoor laundry area. The pool area has outdoor dining and chairs as well as sun loungers.

A small coastal town, Moraira is situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (about 90km from each). However, the surrounding area has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and.unspoiled scenery and many small villages to explore. There are also some larger resorts nearby that are easily reached by car that are well worth visiting: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 15km, while Benidorm is about 30km away. Moraira lies in a bay, on the South Eastern coast of Spain, between the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe, 80 kms (1 hr) from Alicante and 110 kms (1.5 hrs) from Valencia airports with excellent motorway and coastal roads from both. The town has pleasantly grown from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday and retirement resort retaining its considerable charm that attracts visitors from all over Europe.

Changeover day available any day of the week. The villa is available from 4.00 pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on your day of departure. Directions will be emailed 2 weeks prior to departure. Keys will be available on arrival at the villa.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.The balance is payable 8 weeks before start of rental period. A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required with final balance, to be returned once a full villa inspection has been made. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer, cheque or paypal (there will be an additional charge when paying by paypal of 3.5%). Directions will be emailed 2 weeks prior to departure. Keys will be available on arrival at the villa. The rental charges cover water, electricity, gas, pre arrival cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, hand towels & weekly pool maintenance. Midstay change of linen available at a cost £10 / €12 pp pool towels can be supplied at a cost of £5 / €6 pp. Please bring your own towels if this service is not required. payment can be made in Pounds Sterling or Euros. Changeover day available any day of the week. The villa is available from 4.00 pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on your day of departure.
