If you are looking for an apartment a few metres from the beach with noise and lager cans thrown into your garden, this villa will not suit you! Please try somewhere else! The villa is in a tranquil very private hilltop location over-looking the Bay of Javea. In fact, it is so private that one may 'skinny dip' in the pool if that is what 'turns you ON'! This accommodation is for the discerning Guest looking for that SPECIAL place with COMFORT, air - conditioning, careful attention to detail by the owners, who are pleased to provide a high standard of cleanliness (sorry! no pets) and courteous service. The HEATED POOL should provide 26C 31 st.March to 2 Nov.2012 for comfortable swimming. With the shallow end suitable for children at 0.8m, this is a family friendly pool. Some pools are over 6' deep in the shallow end! We offer 2 Mb. ADSL Broadband internet available (£10). Airport collection may be possible (£90) per trip). I think that you will agree, "Finca Inca" is THE best!The lounge is air-conditioned and has HD BBC SAT TV, DVD a CD player, binoculars to watch whatever type of 'bird' takes one's fancy! We have a spare single bed so that FIVE persons can be accommodated. At extra cost, we will arrange a cot, high chair and push-chair so travel light and leave them all behind. We take care of everything! We have a special arrangement with a private AMBULANCE SERVICE who keep a map of our location so that they can reach you quickly in case of emergency. Just another of our many 'extras' that one never thinks about until it is too late!! In such an event, it is reassuring to know that help is at hand because the "out of sight" owners may be in residence above to assist....otherwise you would not know that we may be there! You have EXCLUSIVE SOLE use of the pool, BBQ area, and there is a store with poolside games & equipment. Come and relax and let the children scream and shout with delight...."you know it makes sense" ! (Un-quote-Dellboy!).The bedrooms have BOTH air-conditioning a ceiling fans.The en-suite shower-room adjoins the double master bedroom and additionally has it's own dressing area. There is a washing machine and ironing table/iron housed in this shower-room and a hair dryer is provided.The twin-bedroom also has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. All bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito blinds although we find that few fly up to our hilltop location!The NEW kitchen is all electric with induction and halogen hobs. Most Spanish properties use gas.....it only ever runs out when one is using it!!! That will not happen at "Finca Inca". Guests once said, "We even enjoy washing-up here because of the fabulous view from the kitchen window"! ALL rooms enjoy these views except the bathrooms. One can have an English breakfast for a £ or a 3-course "Chinese" for £5! For 10 Euros one can have a three - course meal with a FULL bottle of wine per person. We have lots of information available or just ask and we can direct you to the finest or cheapest restaurants. We are here to help if required; otherwise you would not know that we are here. You will be completely private due to the layout but have the benefits of help on site, if we are here. We will be redundant if you speak fluent Spanish and could handle those medical or car emergencies that can arise! NO SMOKING

We are located on the North side of Javea on Cuesta San Antonio ( Cap de Sant Antoni in Valenciano) so we face due South for maximum sun overlooking the busy Bay of Javea.
