This apartment with beautiful views of the sea and mountains is completely self-contained with private pool and off-road parking inside a gated area. Within 5 mins. walking distance is a group of convenience shops and a restaurant. The apartment is 15 mins'. walk to the beach and within easy reach of the tennis centre and excellent restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisine.Moraira, situated on the Costa Blanca, is easily accessible from Alicante or Valencia airports. Numerous sporting activities are available along the coast which has excellent 'blue-flag' beaches and smaller coves. The theme parks of Benidorm (including Mundomar with dolphins) are within 35 mins. drive. For 'Shopaholics' the new Ondara shopping mall, including a cinema and bowling alley, is within easy reach and frequent markets are held along the coast. To see more spectacular views of the coast at a more leisurely pace take the local train along the pretty coastal route to Alicante. For the more energetic, and within an hours' drive, enjoy swimming in the waterfalls of Algar (lit up at night) or visit the mountain village of Guadalest famous for lace making and admire the breathtaking views over the Amadoro dam. For those wishing to venture further afield, a short drive to Denia connects you with the ferry to the Balaeric Islands. THE POPULAR MOORS & CHRISTIANS FESTIVAL IS IN JUNE.

Payment Policy

• All rates are in Pound Sterling. Deposit of 25% when confirming booking to be paid within 10 days. Final payment due 8 weeks before arrival. If booking is made 8 weeks (or less) before arrival then full payment will be due. A security deposit of £100 is required to cover loss, damage or cancellation (refundable at the end of your stay if not applicable) The security deposit to be paid with final payment 8 weeks prior to rental. A final clean charge of £40 is required per booking.

• Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. THIS APARTMENT OPERATES A STRICTLY NON-SMOKING POLICY. The apartment is not suitable for very young children or frail elderly. Bookings are usually booked on a 7 or 14 night basis. However, during off peak season it is sometimes possible to accommodate irregular dates (eg. 10 days). Keys will be ready for your arrival and a starter pack of groceries made available free of charge. All bath towels, beach towels and pool towels and linen is provided.
