The panorama windows lead onto the balcony where there is a table and four chairs and a fabulous view of one of the best surfing areas in Tenerife. There is a private pool with sun area on the roof of “Nautilus” available to guests without further charge.

The open kitchen leads into the cosy living room with panorama windows and comfy settee with armchair and large dining table seating 4 people. The two bedrooms: one double with built-in wardrobes, one with 2 single beds and 2 modern bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower) offers plenty of room for up to 4 adults.

To complete the picture, there is a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway. The well-equipped kitchen includes all important utensils/gadgets: coffee machine, toaster, large fridge, electric hob/oven. In addition, there is a washing machine in the walk-in pantry. Bedding, towels and tea towels are provided.

Places of Interest: San Cristóbal de La Laguna, declared a World Cultural and Heritage Site by Unesco, has maintained its highly valued historic center in an exemplary state of conservation. As well as important monuments and historic buildings, there is an important center of commercial activity, offering the chance to buy souvenirs to remember your visit to the island: fashion, Tenerife wines, Canarian craftwork and typical gastronomical products. The city has an important university tradition, thus providing the liveliness and relaxed atmosphere of its countless tascas.
