Our Single House is located in Caldes d'Estrac (Barcelona, Spain), 200 m above sea level, 3 km of beautiful beaches and hot springs, excellent communications by rail and road, 30 minutes from the cities of Barcelona and Girona, in the Maresme region, a few miles from the towns of Arenys de Munt, St. Vincent de Montalt and Caldes d'Estrac well as near the beginning of the Costa Brava.

Our house has two bedrooms and a large living and dinning room which provides entertainment for TV, DVD and CD stereo, a spacious kitchen as well as a large bathroom, with a porch and outdoor dining.

In the immediate surroundings you will find: Golf courses in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres and San Vincent de Montalt, pitch and putt golf, mountain bike trails, sports courts in Arenys de Mar and Llavaneras (the Balis), horse riding, water sports, tennis and paddle courts, shopping areas in Mataro and Barcelona, and La Roca Village Outlet shopping, Exclusive Brands. Tours (Roman period, the sixteenth century, Baroque, Neoclassical, Art Nouveau). Picasso Museum in the same Caldes d'Estrac, Puig i Cadafalch modernist route, Park of the Aus.
