Casa Caldereta : Two bedrooms, living-dining-room with open kitchen, bathroom and place to sit in the garden sheltered from the wind.

Casa Consultorio : Living-bedroom, living-dining-room, kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and place to sit in the garden sheltered from the wind.

Casa Cueva : two bedrooms, living-dining-room, open kitchen with dish washer, bathroom with washing machine and place to sit in the garden sheltered from the wind.

Each house is providing : Digital TV, Radio-tape-CD, child’s equipment, books, games, blow dryer, towels, bed linen, as well as toys for small guests. You only have to bring your beach towels with you. For cold winter evenings there is a stove and enough firewood. The ADSL connection for internet is included.

Available are : a place to sit up on the mountain with a view over the valley to the ocean and also a small grotto with view for table meetings in the evening.

GUATIZA, is a village in the northern half of Lanzarote. It is famous for the Cactus Garden which was created by Cesar Manrique, may be you have already seen its landmark: the windmill. In the village you can also find a coffee-shop, a supermarket a bakery and a bank with cash dispenser. In the evenings you can eat or drink something in the parish hall.

The most impressing gorge (Tenegüime) with the island’s typical flora is situated on the edge of the village. A lot of different walking tours or bike tours start directly in front of the door. In the neighbor village MALA (2km) there are small bays, two restaurants and the starting point for kites.

ARRIETA (6km) is an original fishing village with restaurants directly situated at the sea and a bay with sand beach. The lonely snow beaches next to ORZOLA (16 km) are inviting for snorkeling and swimming. COSTA TEGUISE (12 km) offers besides beaches also diving and surfing schools, restaurants, bars and much more.

- The Prices are for two persons, every other person costs 10 € per day.

- A Car (for example Opel Corsa) costs from 135 € per week or a Jeep Daihatsu Rocky 150 € per week & per day.

- One child who is younger than 6 years is free.

- For booking please pay a deposit of 200 € per week.

- The price includes bed linen, towels, electricity, water and final cleaning.
