The house shares beautiful large gardens and grounds with other properties in the community. Access is strictly limited to residents and guests. During the summer months, it offers a full range of facilities, including beach attendant, shower and La Cala beach restaurant. There are numerous other beaches in the local area, on both the Mediterranean and Mar Menor coasts. The Mar Menor beaches are particularly popular with families with young children.
