The main bedroom with king size bed is ample with sliding doors opening onto the patio/pool area and gardens and it has an en-suite fully tiled bathroom with vanity unit, WC and large walk in shower. The twin bedded 2nd bedroom has a high sloping beamed ceiling and built in double wardrobe. Both bedrooms are fitted with good quality air-conditioning units which are silent in sleep mode. The 3rd bedroom is currently used as a dining room for winter use. The main bathroom is fully tiled and has a vanity unit, WC and large shower area.

The large, light and comfortably furnished sitting room has a high, sloping beamed ceiling, two sets of shuttered windows and sliding doors which open onto the patio/pool/garden area with its shady pergola. It has satellite TV with UK channels, DVD player and CD player and radio. Plus an Estufa for winter heating. The rustic style kitchen is well equipped with all the usual white goods (no dishwasher) and has a walk in pantry.

Outside, there are two sets of tables and chairs for al fresco dining, one at the front of the house where the mature trees offer welcome shade from the heat and where the barbecue can be found and the other by the pool area at the side accessed from the sitting room. The new Alenda Golf Club is only 30 mins away by car. Alicante airport is a 40mins. drive away.
