Two major international airports are close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 30 minutes drive.In the main area of this Air- Conditioned apartment you will find dining area with table and 4 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with a fire place, 3 seater settee , coffee table, TV, DVD/CD player. Quality furniture is used throughout. Large patio doors which lead out to one of two sun terrace with table and chairs, there are stairs that lead up to the large roof sun terrace with sun loungers and views over the golf course and the orange & lemon groves

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 35 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!La Finca is set amongst the orange & lemon groves and the scent from the blossoms fills the air. There are two cities within 40 minutes drive - Alicante to the north is one of the most well known towns along the Costa Blanca, with it's wonderful boulevard, with palm trees and long alleys for nice relaxing walks and shopping. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where Trips to Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (Roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea), La Manga and hiking in the mountains are all within an hours drive on modern roads with little traffic.This apartment is in a quiet area in a small gated community, the lovely pool is only 2 minute walk and is only for use of the immediate surrounding properties, which makes it generally very quiet. It has a large rooftop solarium, great for summer barbecues and includes sun beds, table and chairs and large umbrella. The championship golf course 'La Finca' is within walking distance or a few minutes drive which also has a fantastic bar and restaurant making it ideal for golfing break, a new complex with bars/restaurants and shops by the same company that built Villamartin is just a few minutes walk from this apartment. There are plenty of parking spaces as a car is essential.
