The apartment has 1 twin bedroom with sea view and one double bedroom with sea view both with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. A good quality folding bed available on request for 5th person. A full bathroom which has recently been refurbished with bath and shower over. A Vanity unit and w.c. Plumbed in automatic washing machine. The comfortable lounge /diner with ceiling fan which leads through patio doors with large terrace excellent for dining and relaxing. There are sea views from this terrace and also the terrace leading from one of the bedrooms.with a table and chairs for afternoon relaxing.The apartment is situated on the 6th floor of a quiet residential building with lift to all floors. The building is private and can only be accessed by a locked entrance door leading into foyer. Many of the tenants are in permanent residence The building is opposite the beach and it is quieter than a totally holiday apartment block.The climate in the Costa Blanca is one of the healthiest in the world. There are good quality supermarkets and bars and some excellent restaurants only minutes away from the location parking is available.A privately owned apartment with good furnishing and excellently maintained with New Kitchen and appliances only a short distance from the main town centre. A fully self contained top floor apartment has everything required to make a perfect holiday. The long prominade encompassing the large clean safe sandy beach with Blue Flag award is only a few minutes walk away. There are many good quality shops and restaurants catering for tastes and all requirements.Calpe is a very popular resort with many people returning year after year being only 45 minutes from Alicante Airport and Valencia Airport only 75 minutes away both with good motorway links Open all year with many friendly shops, cafes, bars and a local market once a week. Calpe is renowned for its local fish at the quay side or eat in one of the many fish restaurants. Terra Mitica is 20 minutes ride away being one of the largest theme parks in Europe many rides to suit all ages, also Aqua Landia a water park or Mundomar (Sea World) for a more relaxed outing.Plenty to do for all with street parades a fiestas.

You can also climb to the top via a foot path the view is outstanding.
