Much has been written about Javea, it's charming historic town, more hours of sunshine recorded here than anywhere else in Spain, ideal climate according to World Health Organisation, and then not least the imposing El Montgo mountain which from certain angles looks like a sleeping elephant. But in the end we can only suggest you visit Javea yourself to find out first hand about this jewel of the Costa Blanca. Javea, the leading holiday resort of the Costa Blanca, is the perfect location for a relaxing and fun filled holiday. Its beaches, restaurants and sporting facilities provide a wide choice of activities for all ages.This well appointed apartment is conveniently situated within walking distance to the main Javea beach, shops, bars and restaurants.It is south facing, enjoying a sunny aspect, and comprises two bedrooms, bathroom, modern kitchen, lounge and dining area.

The bright, fully tiled kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and lots of cupboard space.Patio doors open out onto the terrace where you can enjoy open views towards the sea and surrounding hills. Outdoor table and chairs supplied. A canopy is available when the sun is too strong!!

WINTER LETS/LONG LETS: Some of you might be thinking of moving here to the Costa Blanca. You probably already know the area having visited in the Summer, but if you're thinking of buying a house here, you need to know what it's like here when the majority of the tourists go home. Are you still interested when many restaurants close and the area is much quieter during the Winter? That is why you need to visit here when it isn't high season and why I think that the ideal time to visit is now. Consider renting for a couple of weeks or even months to explore the area first before deciding which of the coastal towns or pretty inland mountain villages you prefer. Javea is an ideal base to stay while visiting the beautiful northern Costa Blanca in search of your idyllic new home. My apartment located in Javea's Arenal beach area is available for rent by month during the Winter.

A non refundable Booking deposit is required to make a reservation. The balance plus a refundable security deposit id payable 8 weeks before arrival date.

Long let of up to 6 months available from October, 2009. Monthly rental charge plus utility charges. Ideal base in the North Costa Blanca while property hunting.
