This is a lovely apartment in the Las Terrazas complex and is complete with quality furnishings throughout. There is a large comfortable lounge area with 2 leather sofas complete with tv with uk tv stations. Off the lounge you have the first of your 3 outside areas. It is a lovely balcony complete with patio table and chairs which makes it an ideal spot for al fresco dining.

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with all modern appliances and everything you will need.

From the lounge there is a staircase which leads down to the 2 bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with double bed, furnished with fully fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom is a twin with 2 single beds and again with fully fitted wardrobes. There is another bathroom with bath and shower.

Off the master bedroom you have another lovely balcony which is a lovely spot to have your breakfast in the mornings.

From the balcony off the lounge area, you have some steps that then lead up to your very own private roof terrace. This is a great place to soak up our lovely sunshine and take in the wonderful views.

The Las Terazas complex has a large swimming pool and childrens pool with an excellent lawned gardens ideal for sunbathing.

La Cala itself caters for all tastes and has numerous tavernas, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and banks.

Mijas Costa is at the heart of the Sunny Costa del Sol. Sun, Sea, Tennis, Golf, Horse-riding, Horse-racing, superb countryside, Blue Flag beaches and the best climate in Europe make this the perfect spot for a perfect holiday.
