This light, airy and spacious apartment is in a well established, small complex of 24 houses and apartments with a swimming pool and attractive gardens. It is in a very quiet location and is situated in the best residential area of Nerja about 150m from the Parador Hotel which itself is right above the Burriana beach, Nerja's main beach. It is a short walk down to Burriana beach which is about 1km long and has a 3 star EC rating. There are plenty of water sports and a good selection of beach restaurants. The nearest shops and restaurants are only a very short walk away. There are over 300 restaurants and bars in Nerja, making eating out a real pleasure. Nearly all national cuisines are represented and prices are generally very reasonable.

For golfers, the recently opened 18-hole course at La Baviera is only 15 minutes away on the autovia.The apartment is on two floors and is fitted and equipped to a very high standard including 'state of the art' automatic climate control. This provides cooling in summer and heating in winter to the temperatures selected for each room, is virtually silent in operation and is easy to use. The bedrooms and the living room also have silent fans giving you the option of opening the windows and doors and allowing the cool sea air to circulate through the apartment.

Accommodation on the first floor comprises a spacious living room comfortably furnished with pale yellow, leather sofa and chairs. There is a flat screen satellite TV and DVD player providing all the BBC and ITV programmes and a HiFi with CD and tape. There is also a wireless Broadband access on a pay as you go basis, daily, weekly or monthly. For winter use there is a very efficient log burning fire.

The kitchen is fitted to a very high standard with granite worktops, touch control hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer,food processor and toaster. Good quality china, cutlery and glasses .Opening off the living room, through sliding patio doors there is a 20ft by 12ft sheltered, south facing terrace. We have breakfast and lunch on this terrace nearly all year round and dinner from April to October when you can enjoy fantastic sunsets.

The terrace has a large table, chairs, reclining chairs and two retractable sun blinds that provide shade for the whole terrace.The larger sunblind is electrically operated and controlled by a wind sensor.
Upstairs is a terrace area of 80sq metres with panoramic sea and mountain views and spectacular sunsets. There is a large shaded area, built-in brick barbecue, a food preparation area, sun loungers, dining table and chairs. An automatic washing machine is in a separate laundry room on the top terrace.This terrace is attractively lit for evening dining.

There is one twin bedded room with automatic climate control, ensuite bathroom with bath, thermostatic shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. The mattresses are top quality.

The double bedroom , with king size bed, also has a top quality mattress, automatic climate control and ensuite bathroom with a large, thermostatic shower, Wc and marble top vanity unit. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space.

The apartment is an ideal place to relax and unwind, on either of the two terraces, around the pool or on the beach only a few minutes walk away. If you want to explore Andalucian culture and architecture, it is only just over an hour to the Alhambra in Granada. The beautiful white hill villages 'pubelos blancos' of Frigiliana, Competa and Comares are even closer.

Nerja truly has something to offer the most discerning holidaymaker looking for the perfect destination.

Change over day is Saturday during the high season, however negotiable at other times.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking with the balance being paid six weeks before the holiday start date. The apartment is managed by a very competent local agent who organises the cleaning, linen and laundry. The rental includes cleaning at the end of each week, all linen, towels, water,heating and electricity. Further details are included with the welcome documentation sent with the keys.

A returnable deposit of £200 is required with the final holiday payment.
