These privately owned 2 bedroom apartments are located on the periphary of the busy Belvue complex in Pto. Alcudia. Local shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all close by and the famous, award-winning Alcudia Beach is only a 500ms walk away.

Pto. Alcudia is just a 40 minutes drive from Palma airport and is fast becoming one of the most popular family destinations in Mallorca. Situated in the north-west of the island, Pto. Alcudia is about 55km from the capital of Palma; the location may be quiet but the lifestyle certainly isn't - and if all you're after is sun, a safe, sandy beach and constant entertainment for children, then this is the place for you.

Mallorca is a great family choice because there are many daily departures from most UK airports and flight times are only around 2 hours.These apartments have large reception and lounge areas, ample parking, gardens, tennis courts and a large swimming pool.

The accommodation can be accessed by lift or stairs and benefits from air-conditioning. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and other small domestic appliances.The large living area has dining table and chairs, sofa bed and TV & DVD facilities.

Patio doors from the living area lead to a small balcony, which either overlooks the pool or offers a peaceful view towards the sea.A hallway from the living area leads to the family bathroom (with shower, WC and basin), and the 2 bedrooms, one of which benefits from a/c.

Bed linen only is provided but a chargeable towel service is available on request and the apartment is serviced weekly.

There is large, child friendly swimming pool with plenty of sun-bathing terraces and a play area for the children.Alcudia is fast becoming one of the most popular areas on the Island, in or out of season. The beautiful Bay of Alcudia has kilometres of extensive sandy beach providing safe bathing and all the usual beach activities, including sailing, water-skiing, wind-surfing, para-gliding, banana and glass-bottom boat rides and volleyball. Alcudia provides easy access to the western mountain ranges where you will find the spectacular gorge at La Colobra, the town and port of Soller and Deia, made famous by the English poet Robert Graves, now home to some of the rich and famous. For the bird and butterfly watchers, Albufera Natural Park is close-by and for the golfers, apart from the 9 hole course at nearby Pollensa, there is the new 18 hole links course at Alcanada, just 5 minutes away. There are more excellent uncrowded courses at Canyamel, Capdepera and Son Severa on the north-east coast all around 45 minutes drive and 36 holes at Pula and Son Antem, the new Marriott resort at Llucmayor.The Port, with its splendid Marina, is less lively than some parts of the resort although hotels and bars can provide plenty of entertainment. It is inundated with some very nice restaurants offering all kinds of Mediterranean Cuisine and typical Spanish/Mallorcean dishes, tapas (a must to try, specifically at Ramons, Ca'n Punyetes and Sa Forqueta) to Chinese (Shangrila & Gran Chino) and Thai. Also the Carabela Steak House and Bodega des Port at the end of the Paseo Maritimo are good choices.
