A privately owned two bedroom ground floor apartment, offering warm and cool air, air-conditioning, on the exclusive Pueblo Salado complex in Puerto de Mazarron, on Spain's Costa Calida. Just a short walk from many clean safe bays and beaches. Facilities on the complex include 3 pools (1 covered), children's play area, security guards, CCTV, an English speaking restaurant as well as a cyber cafe and bar.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with built in wardrobes and ceiling mounted fans. Sleeps 5 (one pull out bed; cot also available)

The bathroom is fully fitted in the Spanish style with a bath and built in shower.

The kitchen is also fully fitted and includes a cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave, coffe maker, toaster etc.

In the main living area there is a 3 and 2 seater settee and an armchair, TV with basic Sky channels, a DVD and video player and portable serio. There is also a dining table and chairs. From the living room you exit onto the attractive private patio; complete with a deluxe patio furniture set, a marble bench and BBQ.

The patio area is entered via a full length lockable gate. All windows in the apartment have either wooded shutters or wind down blinds, both offer total darkness and sound proofing for those lazy long lie ins and traditional siestas. Of the 3 swimming pools on the complex - one is covered for use in the winter months. Two of the pools also have a children's paddling pool incorporated within in them.

Located close to and in view of the apartment is a small enclosed children's play area.

There is a pool side bar which provides a variety of snacks and beverages as well as freshly made bread in the for breakfast. Also within the complex is an English speaking restaurant as well as a cyber cafe/bar which is located close the entrance. Puerto de Mazarron is a small, although upmarket, Spanish town situated approximately a 30 minute drive from Murcia Airport and 1 hour 15 minutes drive from Alicante airport.

Mazarron remains unspoilt from commercialism and is the ideal destination for those looking for the authentic Spanish lifestyle. You will find no heavy industry in this area, and the region is famous for farming and agriculture. If you want to experience the Spain of old, then Puerto de Mazarron is for you!

Puerto de Mazarron boasts numerous superb sandy beaches and secluded coves and well as restaurants, bars, banks, a harbour and marina along with good local medical facilities and shops.

A deposit of £50 is required to confirm bookings and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure.

A security deposit of £150 will be required for all reservations, refunded at the end of your stay subject to the safe return of the keys and no damage or breakages.

Included in the price are bedding and towels (not for beach use) electricity and water and use of the complex\'s three pools.

Long term lets are available, prices are dependant on season and lenght of stay.
