This lovely light and spacious apartment is just 150 metres from Playa de los Nafragos with its golden
sands and EU blue flag for quality and cleanliness. Only 250 metres from Torrevieja Marina with restaurants and bars stretching along the harbour or maybe a swim in the pool or paddle in the paddling pool. You are a 10 minute walk or 4 Euros taxi from Torrevieja centre that is overflowing with bars, restaurants, street cafes and bars plus nightly market stretching along the promenade selling just about everything. Or if you prefer drinking and dancing till 5. You will never get bored Torrevieja caters for everybody, young and old.
The accommodation comprises of a large living room with separate dining area which consists of dining table and chairs, double and single sofa bed English Sky TV, DVD player with lots of DVDs, remote control warm/cold air conditioning. Separate kitchen that consists of fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, gas cooker with 4 rings and oven, iron with board and all other utensils. The bathroom all brand new fitted Feb 2005 consists of bath shower, toilet wash basin hair dryer, and other nice things. Two double bedrooms both with large fitted wardrobes (plenty of hangers) lots of drawer space, both bedrooms with remote control warm/cold air conditioning for your comfort, one bedroom with double bed the other with two singles.This accommodation is on the middle floor, 2 flights up, 11 steps in all. The apartment is suitable for families or couples and whether you are here just to relax, or for a lively holiday you will not fail to find it in Torrevieja. Should you decide to hire a car there is plenty of parking space outside the apartment complex. Hire a car from Murcia airport which is about 20 minutes away, I will give you easy detailed directions to the apartment or arrange your pick up. I will be only too happy to assist with your flights, transfers, car hire, or any other queries you may have.

The rental price includes a clean apartment on arrival and cleaning on departure full use of air conditioning bed linen and towels, Please bring your own beach towels Please note rental prices are per week,any amount of days may be added just divide by 7 for daily rate. A non refundable deposit of 20%is required on all confirmed bookings, balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday.
