A wonderfully relaxing - getaway from it all Spanish holiday -
Ideal for couples a families. A luxurously large (197 sq mtr)
three-storey, 2 bed (sleeps 6), 2 bath house in a beautiful
Andulacian style development. Overlooking the spectacular communal
pool, Jacuzzi and beautiful garden. Immaculate, tastefully
decorated and furnished to a high standard for comfort and
relaxation. Air con, heating and a rustic real working open
fireplace adding comfort - extreamly cosy in the winter months.
Set in an area named as one of the healthiest places on Earth due
to the Salinas (salt-flats), now a nature reserve where migratory
birds head for the winter - fantastic scenery, especially the
pelicans at sunset, mountains in the distance - Beautiful!

This cliff top neighbourhood with panoramic mountain views is an
idyllic and peaceful location within strolling distance to a
variety of bars, restaurants, shops and banks. A 10 minute stroll
will take you to the colourful Spanish street market (every
Thursday. Close by (1 min walk) is the local Supermarket with a
wonderful daily supply of fresh fish, meat, milk, bread and
pastries. Just 2 minutes in the car is the clean, unspoilt, blue
flag Carabassi beach. Which has recently been made a conservation
area, lined with pine and fur trees and sheltered by golden sand
dunes, part of this beautiful beach has been allocated to sun
worshippers who like to get an all over tan. In the summer months
thatched tropical huts are errected on the beach, by the waters
edge offering food and drink 'till the early hours, or just sit &
watch the sun set over the sea. There is a free bus service at the
end of our road which takes you down to the beach bars where you
can relax, sip Margaritas and watch the sun set on the beach.
Costa Blanca known as the White Coast is a favoured holiday
destination by the Spanish and locally boasts some of the best
beaches in Europe. This house is ideally located for a relaxing
getaway, yet less than a 10 minute drive from Alicante
International airport (not on flight path). The metropolitan city
centre of Alicante is only 15 minutes north of the house and Santa
Pola fishing village is just 10 minutes south. Santa Pola has a
quaint fishing harbour were, late in the afternoon, you can watch
local fishermen bring in their varied catch to sell at the local
fish market. Here you can also catch a ferry ride to Tarbarca
Island for the day where you can swim and snorkel in the clear
waters with a wonderful variety of colourful fish that live among
the coral. There's something for everyone. Hire car recommended
but not essential.

shaded veranda with patio furniture seating six (table, chairs,
parasol and sun lounges). Views over the pool, jacuzzi and garden
area - (very relaxing)

KITCHEN / DINER: A large fully equipped kitchen/diner (dishwasher,
cooker, 4 ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer, toaster etc.) Spanish
style solid wood and iron dining table a chairs seating six. Patio
doors leading to the rear of the property.
Utility room with drying area, washing machine a somewhere to put
your bags etc after a day on the beach.

FIRST FLOOR:

MASTER BED: A good sized double bedroom, furnished with a king bed
- excellent mattress, dressed with qulity bedding. Huge fitted
wardrobes, safe deposit box, ceiling fan a air conditoned. Patio
doors leading to a balcony with seating for two overlooking the
beautiful pool and garden. Great place to catch an all over tan.

BATHROOM: Fully tiled white bathroom suite, double sink with
granite tops, w.c, bidet, full sized bath and power shower.

BEDROOM 2: A large twin bedroom, furnished in rustic Spanish
style to a high standard, quality beds and bedding. Ceiling fan a
air con. Large floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes a shelving -
Patio doors leading to a balcony at the rear of the property with
seating for two (wonderful to sit with a bottle of wine and a good
book).

BASEMENT: Light and airy, keeps cool when it's hot outside. Large
ceiling fan, two small double sofa beds plus two single beds,
stacked away under the sofa beds. Wide screen T.V. (U.K. freeview
chanels), Home Cinema DVD / CD with surround sound and a good
selection of English speaking films for all ages and tastes.
