Recently refurbished, this beautiful apartment is ideal for a family or friends who want to be close to the centre of Sitges and beach but like a more peaceful environment.

Comfortably furnished and extremely well equipped in a great location for a summer holiday. 5 minute walk to the rail / bus station with direct lines (every 20 minutes) to Barcelona.

The lounge / dining area is spacious and comfortable with satellite tv, dvd and cd player. Patio doors lead out onto a large balcony furnished with table and chairs for al fresco breakfasts in the sun and cool sundowners before strolling to town or the beach front bars for pre dinner drinks.

2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin (convertible to a queen size bed). The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower.

Well equipped kitchen with all modern amenities (dishwasher, large fridge /freezer, microwave, full gas hob and oven, additional drinks fridge, washing machine etc.)

Parking available in the street or public car parks within a 10 minute walk.

Wifi internet free of charge.

Air conditioning throughout provides cool air in the summer and gas central heating for the winter. Free standing fans available as an option.

Medium to long term lets available between October and April from 1000 euros per month.

Children are very welcome in this apartment. We apologise for the lack of access for people with a disability.

For your safety we have installed smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarm and a fire extinguisher.

This wonderful apartment is in the cosmpolitan town of Sitges with great bars, restaurants, clubs for the night owls, beaches and quaint old streets just to wander through.

The whole area offers lots of activities for all ages, from wine tasting and golf to theme parks and museums.

The apartment is just a 5 minute walk to the town centre and 10 minutes to the nearest beach. Local shops and amenities make it easy for shopping and a large sports centre is just across the road with public swimming pool.

From Barcelona airport, trains and buses run frequently and it takes approx. 30 minutes. From the bus / railway station there are taxi's if you have luggage or it's just a 5 minute walk with hand luggage. If you are driving, specific directions will be given to you to reach the apartment.

You will be met at the apartment and given keys and an introduction to how everything works. When possible, we will pick you up free of charge at the station and take you to the apartment. The apartments have full instruction leaflets for appliances and lots of information about the town and surrounding area. On departure, someone will meet you at the apartment to check everthing is okay, give you your security deposit back and take your keys. We pride ourselves on the quality of our apartments and the service we give and therefore will ask you to complete a feedback form prior to departure and/or give us some verbal feedback.

30% deposit at time of booking.
Balance on arrival in cash or 2 weeks in advance.
Security deposit required either by credit card details or cash on arrival.
