Ideal location between the popular resorts of Javea a Moraira this detached villa has everything you will need. Only a short drive from the resorts, yet positioned close enough for easy access. If you want to be in a totally relaxed area but close enough to enjoy the nearby resorts, then this is the place for you! The villa has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin, an extra fold away bed and a cot if needed. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. The very comfortable lounge has everything you will need including
sateliite TV, video/DVD with plenty of films to view, CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a seperate shower cubicle. The villa has a washing machine and a high chair. The private 8x4 swimming pool catches the sun all day long. It is accessed via the terrace which is all on one level. The sun loungers are of good quality and the terrace also has a large BBQ.The villa is only 1.5 km away from Player Moraig, this is a private beach on La Cumbre del sol. The beach has its own car park and a beach bar. There are many other coves around in this area, some of which are only accessed by foot or sea.This particular area is very picturesque, there are many places to visit. This area has lots of typically Spanish villages. Guadalest is not too far away, this is a village high up in the mountains which has fantastic views of the surrounding valleys. There is a monestary, museum, shops, local arts and crafts, with medieval houses. On the other hand Benidorm is 45 minutes away for those who which to sample the bright lights or the many theme parks it has to offer.The La cumbre restaurant is very close to the villa. It has a large swimming pool which can be used by its guests. The restaurant has a bar if you just want to go for a drink rather than a meal. In the same area as the restaurant/bar there is a supermarket, tapas bar, and a pharmacy. A short drive away, still on La Cumbre del sol is a small shopping complex which has a bank, a few bars and a couple of restaurants.Moraira has its own market every Friday which is well worth a visit, Javea has one on a Thursday. For anyone who likes these open markets, there are plenty more in the surrounding areas. Eating out is a pleasure, because there are lots of really good restaurants in this area.
