Dunnit Villa is a modern 2 bedroom villa located in the lovely Torre de la
Horadada area. In a small private complex with community pool and furnished to a high standard.

Situated behind a small Spanish village which has shops, restaurants and bars tucked within. Approximately 15 minutes from Murcia airport and 45min from Alicante airport. Located 8-10 minutes walk from a lovely marina, beach and village. The villa is close to 3 golf courses and many lovely beaches as well as scenic mountain drives and to explore the region by car is essential. Horse riding is also available in the area. An ideal area to walk or cycle as the land is flat and the roads easily negotiated.Outside gated areas are safe for children. Two downstairs patio areas with facilities for eating. Private driveway.for off road car parking. Roof top solarium for eating and relaxing in the sun. Spacious balcony on the first floor.Lovely community pool for residents is situated in the middle of the complex and is gated for safety.The village has 2 communal squares with bars, restaurants, pizza, tapas and a pretty marina and beaches Further restaurants can be found throughout the village area there is a well stocked supermarket for all your daily needsDining area and fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board and all electrical appliances including microwave. Also downstairs is a well appointed shower room with toilet facilties.

The villa is near to many lovely beaches and coves and as the area is flat it is ideal for walking, cycling.

The surrounding areas are full of interest and along with numerous marinas for those interested in sailing

Directions from Murcia Aitport
Take the AP7 motorway towards Alicante.
Leave at junction 770
Take 1st exit sign-posted Pilar de la Horada. Pass Motel on the right. At next roundabout take 2nd exit sign-posted Puerto. At 1st set of crossroads turn right and continue on this road until you see road on the left called Avenida de colon. Turn down this road to the end, turn right and then 1st right into complex Your destination is the third house on the right.A sign saying `Villa Dunnit` is attached to the wall.

Ditections from Alicante Airport.
Take AP7 Motorway to Cartegena.
Leave at Junction 770 and follow instructions as above.

Arrival and departure dates are flexible be it weekend or mid week.
We will always try to accommodate personal requests.

A deposit of 25 percent of total rental cost secures booking, with full payment 8 weeks prior to departure.

£100 security deposit with full payment refundable.

The villa rental charge is fully inclusive of the following, water, electricity, change of linen and bath towels weekly. Pool and beach towels are to be provided by the hirer.
