Situated just a few minutes walk from one of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca and within walking distance of the town centre, this apartment offers a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in the traditional Spanish town of Denia. The apartment, completed in 2002, is in a charming complex with two swimming pools and a well maintained garden area.
It is situated on the third floor and has a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and a further large terrace at the side for all-day-long sunshine.
Denia is within an hour's drive of Alicante and Valencia airports and is an attractive Spanish town with a harbour, marina, castle and an international selection of restaurants, cafes, shops and stylish boutiques.

The apartment consists of a large open plan lounge / dining room and kitchen plus two bedrooms and a bathroom.

It has been tastefully decorated throughout and is equipped to a high standard, including air-conditioning, heating, TV and a fully fitted kitchen.

Denia Town

Denia is a traditional town which has retained much of its Spanish character and charm. Sitting high above the town is Denia's most striking landmark: the castle, built in the 11th and 12th Centuries with Roman, Moslem and Christian influences. The castle ruins can now be explored using a number of routes sign-posted through the site and leading to a promenade with great views of the town, harbour and surrounding countryside.

The town centre is a mixture of bustling commercial centre, port and shopping area. From the port, ferries run daily to the Balearic islands. Next to the port is Denia Yacht Club and its Marina. There is also the old fishermen's quarter with delightful cobbled streets and whitewashed buildings and a daily fresh fish market. The town centre has a pedestrian area with small, exclusive boutiques and a main shopping street which is a tree-lined avenue with a good selection of restaurants and cafes. On the seafront are further restaurants and shops.

The nearest airports are Alicante and Valencia (both approx 1 hour's drive) and Murcia (approx 2 hours). All are served by a wide variety of scheduled and charter flights.

• A £70 / €80 final cleaning charge is applicable to all bookings.
• Special rates are available for longer stays
• Changeover day is normally Saturday.
• Upon booking, a £150 / €150 deposit is required per week. The balance is to be paid at least six weeks prior to arrival together with a £150 / €150 refundable deposit which covers damage / breakages and return of the keys to us.
• Bookings made less than six weeks prior to arrival must be paid in full.
