Cancellation Policy
If the tenant to desist with more than 30 days before the rental starts, recover 80% of the amount paid on account. If gives up between 15 and 30 days before the rental starts, recover 20% of the amount paid on account. If withdraws less than 15 days before the start of the rental, you can not recover anything from the amount paid on account. If the owner withdraws more than 30 days before the start of the rental, the tenant must return the amount paid on account plus 20% of that amount. If gives up between 15 and 30 days before the start of the rental, the tenant must pay the amount paid on account plus 80% of that amount. If withdraws less than 15 days before the start of hire, must pay the tenant double the amount paid on account.

For 3-4 people increased by 5 € per day. * The prices include arrival and final cleaning and changing sheets and towels once a week and closed garage. * In July and August the minimum stay is 1 week and days of entry and exit have to be on Saturday. * At Christmas, the minimum stay is 5 days. * At Easter and from 3 to December 8, the minimum stay is 4 days. * For the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 2 days. * Free wireless Internet access.
