Villa Carabeo Playa is a fully renovated old town villa in the heart of Nerja. Over a hundred years old and in family possession, it now features five individually designed apartments in the traditional Andalusian style, but nevertheless with modern comfort (like central heating in all rooms for the winter). On the roof you will find a spacious terrace with a swimming pool and a stunning view to the sea and the Almijara mountains.

It lays within the narrow alleys of the old town, with its bars, restaurants and shops only a few steps away. Though the immediate surrounding is still quiet and allows for a good rest. Some of the best of Nerja's beaches are just around the corner, as is the town's famous landmark, the 'Balcon the Europa'. There is a private entrance from the garden, which makes the apartment suited for handicapped guests as well. In the salon there is a sleeping sofa for one additional person and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms have big built-in cupboards. TV with plenty of Spanish, English, German and other international channels (Satellite and Digital Antenna). Wireless internetanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlus is available for free. There is also safe playing area in front of the house, as the area is restricted to pedestrians.

Malaga Airport is about 60km from Nerja, and easily reached via the A7 highway. In the main season you will find an airport bus service from and to Nerja. Outside the season you can also use the public buses (one change in Malaga).

A deposit of one night’s rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Pay pal and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Amex)are accepted forms of payment.

For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of one night rent. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the rent will be charged in case the apartment stays empty for the period of reservation.

Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the terraces and patios.
