On the main floor are 2 bedrooms, 1 dining room, bathroom with shower, kitchen with terrace and sea views. Going up a spiral staircase, a small attic room with access to a beautiful large terrace overlooking the sea. The orientation is south, so there is sun all day. The area includes a small supermarket, bar / restaurant, laundry service, and pharmacy.

There is also a sports center for tennis (small fee required). The Golf Course is just 500 meters away and the hotel OLIVA NOVA GOLF & GOLF HOTEL, SPA open to the public. 20 km. is DENIA (south) and GANDIA (north), 15 km This is a residential area with a family-type setting for people who want to relax on the beach, away from the crowds.
