The apartment is spacious and well appointed with all the mod cons that you would need for a relaxing stress free holiday. Set over 2 floors there is an open plan lounge kitchen area which is fully equipped including dish washer - you won't be washing up while you're away! The balcony leads off from the lounge area which is perfect for alfresco dining and watching the world go by. One bedroom and the bathroom is also located on this floor.

On the 2nd floor there is a second bedroom which has large patio doors leading out to the roof top solarium. It is the perfect place for sunbathing or watching the sunset with a chilled glass of wine. Both bedrooms are complete with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a DVD and CD player in the apartment for your use, together with both english and spanish TV channels.

The large communal pool is just yards away and and is open all year round. The fantastic beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are a 5 minutes drive away, making this a great location for both families and couples alike.

A wide variety of bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. You can eat anything from tapas, chinese, indian or Italian. The apartment is very close to La Florida which has the famous bars of the Emerald Isle and the Abbey Wicklow Tavern. All these have entertainment all year round.

The infamous Playa Flamenca Saturday market is also within walking distance. It goes on for miles and miles and you can buy anything there from fruit and veg to gifts, clothes and much much more! Once you've finished your shopping, stop at the end of the market at the Celtic Isle bar and enjoy a refreshing drink.

This really is an all year round resort. You can choose from a variety of local golf courses including Villamartin. Las Ramblas and Campoamor or have a lovely holiday on one of the 15 local blue flag beaches.

All rates are in Pounds Sterling. A reservation deposit is payable within 7 days of the booking, this also acts as your damages and breakages deposit and will be refunded back to you within 14 days of departure after the property has been cleaned and checked for damage. In addition to the rental rates there is a seperate charge to cover the cost of the cleaning and laundry at the end of your stay and someone meeting you with the key. This is payable locally on arrival. The balance of the holiday is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We can accept payment by PayPal or Bank transfer.

You will also be required to confirm your cancellation in writing or by email to the addresses shown on our written confirmation. A cancellation will not take effect until we receive written confirmation from you.
