residential complex „Lomas del Marques“. The apartment is approx. 110 m² and only an eight minute's drive away from Puerto Banús and 15 mins from Marbella's center.

The flat has been built in south-west position and features two very generous terraces (45m² + 110m²). The big terrace has a jacuzzi built in.
