This well mantained apartment has attractive furnishings and is located on the 4th floor (with a lift) of a residential block of apartments just two streets back from the pedestrianised sea front promenade and sandy beach, making it very convenient for local shops, the market square and the fantastic selection of restaurants that Puerto Pollensa offers.
Entrance is directly into the air conditioned lounge/diner complete with comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs, feature fireplace, flat screen SAT TV, DVD as well as a CD player and a selection of CD`s for your entertainment. French doors lead out to the spacious furnished terrace where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the peace, quiet and privacy that this apartment offers. The fully fitted and very well equipped kitchen has a vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and access to the laundry room housing the washing machine.
From the lounge a door opens into a small hall where you find a pretty twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and fan, family bathroom and a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, fan and en suite bathroom. This property is highly recommended.

All prices are quoted in Euros and inclusive of IVA. For self catering accommodation the prices are per unit and with hotels the prices are shown per person. Weekly rates are shown for quick reference but remember there is flexibility on the number of nights booked and the nightly rate can be calculated by dividing the weekly rate by 7. Once you have decided on the accommodation, the dates you wish to travel and received confirmation of the availability and price then it will be necessary for you to complete and return a booking form (which will be emailed to you) along with a minimum deposit of 25% of the total rental amount. This can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer.
We can hold your accommodation for up to 48hrs to enable you to book flights and make arrangements for this payment. The balance is normally due to be paid one month prior to your arrival in resort. If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks prior to your departure date then the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Should you decide to pay by bank transfer any bank charges incurred will be at your expense. Once the transaction is completed please send the receipt to us by email or fax to enable us to confirm your reservation.
Payments made by credit card will incur a surcharge of 1% of the total cost of the transaction. Some property owners prefer different payment conditions and should this be the case with your booking the details will be confirmed at the time of making the booking. On receipt of your deposit Parasol Property Rentals will send you an email confirmation. We do ask that all details are checked carefully.
The deposit is non refundable in any circumstances.
Should you have to cancel your holiday we will require a letter by email from you no later than six weeks prior to your arrival date. This is to avoid any misunderstanding which could arise over the phone. It is essential that we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation to avoid you being liable to pay the outstanding balance.
Any alteration to a confirmed booking will have an administrative charge of 30euros applied.
The following conditions are part of your rental contract and therefore it is essential that you read them carefully. The rental agreement is between the owner of the property and yourself and in some privately owned apartments is not considered to be of a tourist origin. Parasol Property Rentals acts as an intermediary between these two parties.
May I suggest that you read the description of the property carefully to ensure it matches your requirements to avoid any disappointment when you arrive in resort. Please pay particular attention to whether your chosen accommodation has hot/cold air conditioning throughout, a lift, maid service, the location is suitable etc. Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me.
Occupancy of the Property : The property must not be occupied by more than the number of guests quoted in the original booking or mentioned in the property description. Parties or functions may not be held on these premises which result in the over occupancy of the property. Should you require an extra bed/cot/highchair for any additional person this can be arranged in most properties, at an extra cost, providing it is requested and confirmed in advance.
