Patacona Resort Apartments offer luxury accommodation in modern and spacious apartments facing the Mediterranean coast in the Playa de la Patacona to 20 minutes from downtown Valencia. The beach belongs to the Patacona Alboraya town, a coastal town near the center of the city of Valencia, thanks to good connections by bus.

The apartments are located in a residential complex with swimming pool, mini golf, gym, paddle and tennis courts, children's playground, cafeteria and bar-restaurant.

The buildings where the apartments are located have elevators, reception and security service 24 hours a day. Guests can also make use of covered private parking. Each of these apartment has two bedrooms: one room with double bed and one with twin beds to accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.

It is possible to add another bed for fifth guest. Include a large lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a fantastic terrace with stunning views of the beach. Payment Policy

Rates are quoted in Euros.

A deposit of 30% of the total price is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Rest of payment is due at the time of the arrival. Bank transfers, Visa, Mastercards, Eurocards and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you modificate or cancel between 30 days before arrival, no charges will be made. Otherwise the first night will be charged.

Free wifi in the reception area or in the room with a modem USB, for 10€ daily.

Underground parking with a supplement of 10€ per day and upon request and disponibility.

No parties allowed.

In case of inappropriate behaviour, the guests will be immediately requested out of the apartment, without the customer having a right of any kind of compensation.

The day of departure, the clients are obligated to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean state.

It is stricktly forbidden to take towels, bedding, appliances and other objects belonging to the apartment. Otherwise the client will be charged a penalty of 20€.
